Yield:
2 | cups | peeled, seeded ad diced ripe fruit such as melo, pieapple, mango ad/or papaya |
2½ | cups | water, preferably filtered |
3 | tablespoon | sugar |

In a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine the fruit, water and sugar.
Process on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Pass through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Chill thoroughly before serving.
