5 HOUR BEEF STEW INGREDIENTS:

5 Hour Beef Stew

Instructions:
Yield: 8 Servings
3lb Stew meat -- cubed
2oz Red wine
1can Tomatoes with green chilis
  Large
1tablespoon Sugar
1package Frozen peas
1tablespoon Salt
6  Carrots -- sliced
1teaspoon Pepper
3md Potatoes -- cubed
pn Thyme
3md Onions -- coarsely chopped
pn Marjoram
1cups Celery -- chopped
1pn Rosemary
3tablespoon Tapioca -- Instant

Put all ingredients in a deep casserole, cover tightly and bake for 5 hours at 225~. Not necessary to brown the beef first.
