Recipe by: Cooking Light, Guilt-Free Desserts Sprinkle gelatin over water in a saucepan; let stand for 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Combine yogurt, sugar, egg substitute and almond extract in the container of a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Gradually add gelatin mixture; cover and process until well blended. Pour into 6 ounce custard cups. Chill until set. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon chopped almonds.
