BEANS BOURGUIGNON INGREDIENTS:

Beans Bourguignon

Instructions:
Yield:
3oz shallots
4oz button mushrooms
½oz vegan margarine
1cups red wine
2  cloves garlic
1tablespoon tomato purée
2can mixed beans
3tablespoon vegetarian gravy granules

Sweat shallots and mushrooms in margarine

Add wine and herbs.

Boil for about 25 minutes to reduce

Add tomato purée and beans

Bring to boil, add gravy granules and simmer until thickened

Serve with wild rice and garlic bread.
