CAJUN SNAPPER INGREDIENTS:

Cajun Snapper

Instructions:
Yield: 4 servings
2lb Snapper (filetted)
1teaspoon Red pepper flakes
3tablespoon Tabasco sauce
2tablespoon Ground dill
6  Scallions chopped
1teaspoon Salt
4tablespoon Chopped green Bell pepper
4tablespoon Chopped red Bell pepper
1teaspoon File' powder
1cups Sauterne wine

together. Pour this mixture over the fish. Cover the pan and marinate for 2-6 hours. Over night is good too! Broil fish either in oven or Joew LaForte, Slidell-La., Cajun to the max!, Circa 1988
