Preparation Time: 1:15 Brown chicken, in oil, on all sides. Put into casserole dish; set aside. Using same skillet with remaining oil, add garlic, onion and peppers; cook over medium heat, until almost soft. Stir in soup, milk and cherry brandy; bring to a boil. Stir in seasoned salt; pour over chicken. Cover casserole. Bake at 350~ for 50-60 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
