Recipe 4 All: Chicken Lawrence Recipe
CHICKEN LAWRENCE INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Lawrence

Instructions:
Yield: 2 Servings
4  Chicken thighs, fat and skin
2tablespoon Butter or margarine
1tablespoon Olive oil
½teaspoon Garlic powder
¼teaspoon Onion salt
¼teaspoon Ground thyme
1tablespoon Lemon juice
2teaspoon Prepared horseradish
¼teaspoon Dry mustard
1/8teaspoon Pepper
1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1  Chicken bouillon cube
½cups Hot water
1teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
1/8teaspoon Dried red pepper flakes
(more if you like it hot)
1tablespoon Bourbon
1teaspoon Cornstarch

Brown chicken thighs in butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Drain chicken on paper towels. Place chicken in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix. Pour into skillet after draining off oil from browning chicken. Cook for several minutes on low until mixture thickens. Pour mixture over chicken in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and baste chicken with sauce. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
