Beat egg whites. In another bowl, combine egg yolks, powdered sugar, margarine, melted chocolate and flavoring. Beat until smooth. Beat in the beaten egg whites. Butter a 9-inch square pan and cover bottom with vanilla wafer crumbs. Pour in chocolate mixture and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
