Recipe 4 All: Cranberry-Glazed Meat Loaves Recipe
CRANBERRY-GLAZED … INGREDIENTS:

Cranberry-Glazed Meat Loaves

Instructions:
Yield: 5 servings
1lb Ground beef
¼lb Bulk pork sausage
1/3cups Quick-cooking rolled oats
1/3cups Milk
1  Beaten egg
2tablespoon Finely chopped onion
½teaspoon Salt
pn Pepper
1  16 oz. can whole-berry
  Cranberry sauce
1/3cups Brown sugar
1tablespoon Lemon juice

Thoroughly combine meats, oats, milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into five individual loaves; Place in a 13X9X2 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over meat loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting once or twice with glaze. Remove meat loaves to a warm platter. Skim fat from sauce; spoon some over meat and pass the remainder.
