CRAWFISH OR SHRIM… INGREDIENTS:

Crawfish or Shrimp Cocktail

Instructions:

Yield: 6 servings

½	cups	Heinz chili sauce
½	cups	Catsup
½	cups	Horseradish
1	tablespoon	Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
½	teaspoon	Salt
1	tablespoon	Lemon or lime juice
½	cups	Parsley, chopped fine
1		Louisiana hot sauce
1		Boiled crawfish or shrimp

Combine all ingredients to make sauce. Pour over crawfish or shrimp, or dip the crawfish or shrimp in the sauce.

Your Crawfish or Shrimp Cocktail is ready. Buon appetito!
