CREAM OF CRAB SOU… INGREDIENTS:

Cream of Crab Soup

Instructions:
Yield: 6 servings
1lb Crabmeat
¼teaspoon Celery salt
1  Chicken bouillion cube
1cups Boiling water
1  Dash pepper
¼cups Chopped onion
1qt Milk
1cups Butter
1  Chopped parsley
3tablespoon Flour

Dissolve boullion cube in water. Cook onion in butter until tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and bouillion gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add crabmeat, heat. Garnish with parsley.

Your Cream of Crab Soup is ready. Bon appetit!
