DON'S STUFFED STE… INGREDIENTS:

DON'S STUFFED STEAK

Instructions:
Yield: 6 servings
2  Lg. (2.5 -3 lb.) flnk stks
1teaspoon Salt
1cups Soy sauce
½cups Cider vinegar
1tablespoon Ground white pepper
2  Cloves garlic minced
1  Medium onion chopped
2/3cups Chopped mushrooms
¼cups Chopped pecans
¼cups Chopped dates
¼cups Raisins
1  Salt to taste
1teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper

Mix the vinegar, salt, garlic, pepper, & soy sauce & into a large flat pan. Lightly pound the steaks with a meat mallet then place into the pan with the marinade. Cover & refrigerate for 6-12 hours. Be sure to turn the steaks every 3-4 hours.

Mix all the stuffing ingredients (last 7) together. Place the steaks out flat and cover with the stuffing mixture. Roll the steaks up and pin them closed with stainless steel meat skewers. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree F. for 1 hour. Baste with the marinade twice during the hour. Place on top oven rack and broil for 3 minutes. Slice the rolls across & serve.
