Put steak in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak, covering the entire surface. Refrigerate overnight.
Grill 4 inches over hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once and basting often with marinade sauce.
Carve into thin slices against the grain.
