GREEK STUFFED GRA… INGREDIENTS:

Greek Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmathes)

Instructions:
Yield: 4 Servings
1can Grape leaves
2lb Lean ground beef
1cups Short-grain rice
1lg Onion, diced
1teaspoon Dill weed
½teaspoon Cumin
½cups Vegetable oil
2cups Chicken broth or water
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste

Place meat into large bowl and add diced onion (sauteed if desired), salt, pepper, dill weed, cumin and oil. Mix well. Add rice and * cup water. Mix center of washed leaf (ribs up) and roll into narrow roll. Place rolls into deep saucepan in layers. Add chicken broth. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes over low heat until rice is done. Serve plain, with wedges of lemon or with egg lemon sauce.
