Mix first four ingrediants in large pot, mix flour and sugar and add to rest in pot. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often. Cool and freeze. When ready to use, bring mix to boil, add ½ teaspoon soda (to prevent curdling) *then* add 2 cups hot milk. Stir and serve. Charrin' off the Ol' Point..from the O :-)
