½	teaspoon	Salt
¼	cups	Chicken broth, cannd/low slt
1 2/3	tablespoon	Gourmet mustard
1	teaspoon	Chives, dried

LARGE LOAF ¾ c Water 2 c White bread flour 1 c Wheat bread flour 1 tb Dry milk ¼ c Honey 1 t Salt ½ c Chicken broth, cannd/low slt 2½ tb Gourmet mustard 2 t Chives, dried 2 t Fast rise yeast *OR * 3 t Active dry yeast You don't need to love mustard to love this bread.
