Recipe 4 All: Italian Meatloaf Recipe
ITALIAN MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS:

Italian Meatloaf

Instructions:
Yield: 8 servings
2  Eggs, beaten
¾cups Bread Crumbs, softened
½cups Tomato Juice
2tablespoon Snipped Parsley
½teaspoon Dried Oregano
¼teaspoon Salt
¼teaspoon Pepper
1sm Garlic Clove, minced
2lb Lean Ground Beef
8  Thin Slices of Boiled Ham
6oz Mozzarella, shredded
3  Slices of Mozzarella, cut i

Combine eggs, bread crumbs,juice, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in ground beef, mix well. Pat into a 10"x12"x1" thick rectangle on foil. Put ham slices on top not all the way to the side. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Roll up carefully using the foil from the short end. Press the edges to seal. Place in a 9x13 baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350oF oven for 1/ hours. Top with cheese triangles and cook 5 minutes longer to melt the cheese.
