KATE'S PEAR CRISP INGREDIENTS:

Kate's Pear Crisp

Instructions:
Yield: 6 Servings
6cups Pears [peeled & sliced]
1teaspoon Ground ginger
1cups Rolled oats (not instant)
1/3cups Flour
1/3cups Butter [softened]
1/3cups Brown sugar
1teaspoon Ground ginger
cups All-Purpose Flour

1) Peel, core and slice pears. Grease a baking dish, and toss the pear slices in it with the ginger.

2) Mix together the topping ingredients with a fork or a pastry cutter, and sprinkle on top of the fruit.

3) Bake at 375 degrees C for approx. 35 minutes, until the top is browned, and pears are juicy and bubbly.
