Instructions:

1/3	cups	Brown sugar
¼	cups	Pickling spice
2	cups	Light soy sauce
¼	cups	Lemon juice
½	cups	Water
		Onion powder
		Garlic, Minced
		Tabasco sauce
		Pepper
1½	cups	Dry White Wine

Instructions:

Fillet fish. Mix all ingredients and marinade fish with skin side up. Cook on grill skin side down.
