Marinade for Flank Steak

Instructions:

¼cups Soy sauce
¼cups Sherry
3tablespoon Chinese oyster sauce
2tablespoon Honey
2tablespoon Crystalized ginger
1  Clove of garlic

Marinate overnight. Cook flank steak 8 minutes on each side. Med-low grill. Cut like roast beef.
