MARINADE FOR LAMB… INGREDIENTS:

Marinade for Lamb or Goat

Instructions:
Yield: 6 Servings
4cups Chablis wind
1cups Green creme de menthe
1tablespoon Onion powder
1teaspoon Dried mint (crushed)
2tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
1cups Soy sauce
1cups Water
2tablespoon Olive oil

Mix all ingredients. Marinade lamb or goat 6 to 12 hours, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as it cooks. From Justin Wilson's "Outdoor Cooking With Inside Help"
