1  Garlic clove, minced
1cups Chinese cabbage, shredded
2  Green onions, shredded
½cups Bamboo shoots, shredded
½cups Mushrooms, sliced
10  Tree ears, soaked;drained
¼cups Tiger lily buds,soaked;drain
1cups Hoison sauce
1tablespoon Soy sauce
½teaspoon Sugar
