Recipe 4 All: Muffins ( Whole Wheat ) Recipe

Muffins ( Whole Wheat )

Yield: 12 Muffins
2/3cups Whole wheat flour
cups Muffin mix
1  Egg, beaten
1cups Milk

Preheat oven to 400. Butter muffin pans. In a medium bowl, combine whole wheat flour and muffin mix. Combine egg and milk in a small bowl. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened: batter will be lumpy. Fill prepared muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
