Recipe 4 All: Not Your Regular Brisket Recipe
NOT YOUR REGULAR … INGREDIENTS:

Not Your Regular Brisket

Instructions:
Yield: 6 Servings
- 4 lb beef brisket; trimmed
½cups Water
¼cups Soy sauce
¼teaspoon Black pepper
¼cups Chopped onion
1  Green bell pepper; sliced
½cups Raisins
2tablespoon Brown sugar
20oz Can unsweetened apple

Place brisket in large pot or baking pan. Add water, soy sauce and pepper. Cover and simmer 2½ - 3 hours. Add onion, green pepper, raisins, brown sugar and apple slices. Simmer 30 - 40 minutes more. Remove brisket and slice. Serve, covered with pan juices.
