1. Peel and coarsely chop onions. Place in boiling water for 3 minutes, then strain well. 2. Finely mince onions in a blender or food processor. 3. Scrape onions out of container, separate into 10 equal portions and freeze in firmly sealed freezer bags or small freezer containers.
