Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat on low speed until crumbly.
Add water. Work into a ball. Roll on lightly floured surface. Line 9 inch pie plate. Flute edge. Prick all over with tines of fork. Bake in 400F oven for 8 to 10 min.
Excellent with a cream or chocolate filling.
