These are good with bean dip, with soups and in lunches. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Split each pita bread into 2 round pieces(whole wheat pita bread has more fiber). Cut each half into 6 triangles with kitchen shears. Arrange in single layers on cookie sheet. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, if desired. Bake for 8 minutes until chips are lightly browned and very crisp. Store in tight container.
