POLENTA #2 INGREDIENTS:

Polenta #2

Instructions:
Yield: 4 servings
1cups Leek; quartered & chopped
2cups Chicken stock
1cups Corn meal
¼cups Grueyere cheese; cubed

Into boiling chicken stock add leek and corn meal. Bring to a strong boil, cover, lower heat to low and cook 10-15 minutes. Add ¼ c grueyere, stir and pour into serving bowl. Let set slightly before serving.
