Mix ground beef, rice, salt and pepper and shape into small balls. Saute in a small amount of bacon drippings, green pepper and onion. Add flour, tomato juice, and sugar. Heat and pout over meat balls in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1½ hours. Randy Rigg
