Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake until a knife inserted about 1 inch from the side comes out clean, about 45-55 minutes. Center will look soft, but will set. Serve slightly warm with a dollop of whipped cream.
