Recipe 4 All: Pumpkin Pie Lisa Recipe

Pumpkin Pie Lisa

Yield: 12 Servings
1  Pie crust (9 inch)
cups Cooked mashed pumpkin
½teaspoon Salt
cups Half and half
4  Egg yolks
2/3cups Packed brown sugar
2tablespoon Granulated sugar
teaspoon Cinnamon
½teaspoon Ginger
½teaspoon Nutmeg
¼teaspoon Cloves

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake until a knife inserted about 1 inch from the side comes out clean, about 45-55 minutes. Center will look soft, but will set. Serve slightly warm with a dollop of whipped cream.
