Quiche Crusts

Instructions:
Yield: 1 servings
Rice crust
cups Cooked Brown Rice
2tablespoon Butter;softened
2tablespoon Chopped Onion
¼teaspoon Basil
1  Egg;slightly beaten

Combine ingredients. Press into bottom and sides of greased 9" pie plate. Use any quiche filling. Tuna tastes especially good in this crust. PROTEIN: 12.5 grams; CALORIES: 570
