3tablespoon Oil
15oz Beets, sliced; drained &
cups Potatoes; cooked, diced
2cups Corned beef; cooked, chopped
¼cups Half & Half cream
1md Onion; chopped
2tablespoon Butter; melted
2teaspoon Parsley flakes
1teaspoon Worcestershire
¼teaspoon ;salt
1/8teaspoon ;pepper

Heat the oil in a 12" skillet. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and heated through.
