REUBEN MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS:

Reuben Meatloaf

Instructions:
Yield: 4 servings
1lb Ground beef, crumbled
1cups Breadcrumbs; soft, preferab
½cups Thousand island dressing
1  Egg
½teaspoon Caraway seed (optional)
  Pepper
  Filling:
1can Sauerkraut; 8 oz
1oz Corned beef (from can), chop
½cups Cheese; swiss, shredded

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: :20 Combine all meat mixture ingredients in medium bowl. Press ½ of mixture in bottom of loaf pan. Make slight indentation, lengthwise down centre of meat loaf. Combine all filling mixture and put in indentation. Top with remaining meat mixture, pressing to enclose filling and sealing edges. Cook at HIGH (100%) 13-18 minutes or till firm and temperature is 145F. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. posted
