RHUBARD SPONGE PI… INGREDIENTS:

Rhubard Sponge Pie

Instructions:
Yield: 1 servings
1cups Sugar
1tablespoon Butter
2tablespoon Flour
2  Eggs
1cups Milk
1cups Rhubarb; cooked

Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, egg yolks, mix thoroughly. Add milk, rhubarb and lastly fold in beaten egg whites. Line glass pie dish with pastry, pour in above mixture and bake in 425 F. oven.
