Rib Eyed Steaks with Mushroom Sauce

Instructions:

4  Beef rib eye steaks, cut ¼
  To ½" thick (approximately
  1¼ to 1½ pounds)
1teaspoon Instant beef bouillon gran.
½cups Hot water
2tablespoon Butter, divided
1cups Thinly sliced mushrooms
2tablespoon Finely minced shallot or
  Green onion
½teaspoon Salt
1/8teaspoon Pepper

Dissolve bouillon granules in water reserve. Cook mushrooms and shallot in 1 tablespoon butter in a large frying pan 1 to 2 minutes. stirring occasionally. Add reserved beef broth; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes. Meanwhile heat remaining butter in another large frying pan. Quickly cook steaks 1 to 2 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Season with salt and pepper Pour sauce over steaks and heat 1 minute. stirring occasionally
