Heat sauce pan and spray 2 times with oil.Saute onions 5 min, add 4 cups corn and saute 4 min. Add 2 cups of stock and cook 20 min. till corn can be mashed witha fork. Put in blender untill smooth and return to pan.Add bell pepper and seasonings except basil and the remaining cup of stock and corn. Cook 10 minutes, garnish with basil.
