3tablespoon Instant Minced Onion
3tablespoon Water
1  Tomatoes, 16 oz. can, crush
¼cups Chopped green pepper
1tablespoon Chili powder
¼  arlic powder
1ds Red pepper, ground

In medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in covered container; chill until ready to serve.
