Meanwhile boil sweet potato, uncovered, in water, honey, ginger and ¼ teaspoon salt 5 minutes or until tender. Remove and reserve. Reduce cooking liquid to ¼ cup; add apples and simmer 3 minutes. Return potatoes to pan and heat through. Serve with pork chops. .
