2 | teaspoon | Oregano leaves, divided |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoon | Olive oil, divided |
4 | | Well-trimmed pork chops, |
| | (½ inch thick) |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |

Season potatoes, onions and peppers with 1 teaspoon oregano leaves and salt. Heat 1 tablespoon in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables to skillet. Cook 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are slightly brown and tender. Remove vegetables from skillet. Keep warm.
Season pork chops with remainder of oregano leaves and garlic powder. Add remaining olive oil to skillet, if needed. Over medium heat, saute pork chops, covered, 8-10 minutes per side or until done. Drain. Return cooked vegetables to skillet with pork chops. Cover and heat 3-5 minutes. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
