After preparing brains, cut into slices and saut‚ with onion in 2 tbs butter until lightly browned. Combine with the white sauce and pour into shallow 6-cup baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs mixed with 2 tbs butter. Bake in a moderate 350 F oven until bubbly hot.
