Scotch Scones

Yield: 16 servings
2cups Flour, all-purpose
1teaspoon Baking soda
1teaspoon Cream of tartar
2tablespoon Sugar, granulated
2tablespoon Margarine
¾cups Sour skim milk

Measure first 6 ingredients nto bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly.

Add sour milk. Stir just until a soft ball forms. Divide into 4 equal balls. Now divide each ball into 4 pieces. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 425 degree oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until risen and browned.
