SHRIMP CREOLE ALA… INGREDIENTS:

Shrimp Creole Ala Fred

Instructions:
Yield: 10 Servings

1cups Flour
1cups Oil
2cups Onions [chopped]
1cups Celery [chopped]
½cups Green bell Pepper [chopped]
2  Cloves garlic [chopped]
1tablespoon Salt
½teaspoon Pepper
28oz Canned tomatoes [chopped
.fine]
2can (6oz each) tomato paste
6cups Water
4lb Shrimp [peeled & deveined]

1) In a skillet, brown the flour in the oil stirring constantly... Add the onions, celery, green peppers, garlic, salt, and pepper... Sauté until the veggies are tender... 2) Add the tomatoes & tomatoe paste, mixing well... cook for 5 min. then add the water and simmer for 1 hour, and add the shrimp... Cook for 15 min... 3) Serve over hot cooked rice... garnished with parsley and onion tops (if desired)
