¾	cups	Sugar
¾	cups	Water
½	teaspoon	Cinnamon
2	dr	Red food coloring

½		Orange; sliced thin
		Chocolate liqueur sauce
1	pt	Vanilla ice cream
¼	cups	Walnuts; chopped
		-----chocolate liqueur
2	tablespoon	Butter or margarine
2	oz	Unsweetened chocolate square
1	cups	Sugar
½	cups	Water
2	tablespoon	Apple brandy -or-; creme de
