Swedish Rye Bread

Yield: 1 servings
2cups Milk,scalded
2cups Cool water
2teaspoon Salt
2package Yeast
1cups Sugar
¼cups Molasses
½cups Shortening
5cups Rye Flour
6cups White Flour

Mix ingredients. Knead until dough is not sticky. Allow to rise until double. Punch down and shape into loaves. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Enjoy.
