½ sour cream 1½ tsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger ½ tsp. lemon juice ¼ tsp. ground cumin 1/8 tsp. dry mustard Dash liquid red-pepper seasoning 4 Anjou pears, halved and cored 8 oz. sliced, cooked turkey breast
Combine sour cream, crystallized ginger, lemon juice, cumin, mustard and red-pepper seasoning in a small bowl. Place 2 pear halves on each of 4 salad plates. Arrange turkey on pears. Spoon 2 tbs. cream mixture over each serving.
