| 6 | md | Onions, sliced |
| 3 | sm | Green pepper, chopped |
| 24 | oz | Stewed tomatoes |
| ¾ | cups | Uncooked regular rice |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 8-inch skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat in brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through. Pour into ungreased casserole. Cover and bake until rice is tender, 30-35 minutes.
