1cups Dry white wine
3  Large shallots; minced
2  Large garlic cloves; minced
2tablespoon Olive oil
2tablespoon Lemon juice
1½tablespoon Dijon mustard
10  Peppercorns; crushed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-½ cups
