Veal and Spinach Ravioli Stuffing

Instructions:
Yield: 4 Servings
1cups Veal, cooked, minced
2tablespoon Shallots, finely chopped
1teaspoon Sage
¼teaspoon Mace or nutmeg
½cups Spinach, chopped
½teaspoon Black pepper
1tablespoon Dry sherry
¼cups Parmesan, grated

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Fill ravioli with mixture.
