4tablespoon Mustard or corn oil
1lg Onion, finely chopped
4  Cloves, garlic finely
  Chopped (more if you like)
5  Cm fresh ginger finely
  Chopped
2md Tomatoes quartered
1tablespoon Desiccated coconut
